Policies & FAQ’s

Pet Policy

In accordance with New York State Public Health Law § 1352‑e, and to maintain the highest standards of health and safety for our guests, pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises, including both indoor and outdoor dining areas.

We kindly ask all guests to refrain from bringing animals to the restaurant unless the animal is a trained service dog as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and pets do not qualify as service animals under ADA regulations and are therefore not permitted.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure a safe and compliant dining environment for all guests.

Outdoor Dining

1. Dining Location
While we do our best to honor seating requests, please note that specific dining locations (indoors, outdoors, etc.) are not guaranteed and are assigned based on availability at the time of your reservation.

2. Outdoor Reservations & Weather Disclaimer
If you’ve reserved an outdoor table and the weather turns unfavorable, indoor seating is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If you’ve booked outdoor dining, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather, as these tables are fully open-air.
